Should be a small trim panel at the top of the door panel that comes off.
Usually triangle shaped.

There is no such thing on this car. There are two bolts connected to the mirror and i cannot find any access point to get to the backside of those bolts. They are housed inside the metal door with no entry point that i can find. Cannot find any diagrams for this car either.

The interior door panel wraps around into the side of the dash. Just above the panel is a small square plastic trim panel. The mounting bolts and nuts should be behind that trim panel.

I said square but it really is more like a triangle shape. They usually pop out with clips holding the trim to the door. Sometimes there is one additional screw.

SOURCE: 1999 Buick Century thermostat question.

patience , and a 13 MM wrench , you gotta get your arms in there deep , that lower bolt does not need to come all the way off , the thermostat housing has a slot at the bottom for easier access , loosen it about 3.4 of the way and you can get the housing out , experience says a premium thermostat will give you grief trying to reinstall , get a regular duty thermostat .reverse procedure.

SOURCE: Need to replace tail light bulb on 1996 Buick Century

Inside the trunk, under the carpet behind the tail lights will be a whole bunch of small plastic nuts, running from one side of the car to the other. Take all of these plastic nuts off, and the whole tail light assembly will come off in one large piece. Find the bulb you need to replace, and reassemble

SOURCE: I need to replace the 99 buick century side mirror

There is a small plastic piece (triangular shape) at the top of the door panel, opposite of the mirror. It is held in place by a plastic clip. You can gently pop that out, with a flat blade screwdriver or something similar. That will expose 3 bolts with nuts on them. On my 2000 Century, they are 10 mm. Take off those three nuts, and the mirror will come off.

SOURCE: How do I replace broken 2002 buick century passenger side mirror?

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door
