Radiator fans only com on when the temp of the car gets to point of overheating. In this cold weather the fan may never come on so look at it coming on around 220 - 250 degree F or if you have a temp gauge in the car look for it to come on when temp gauge gets near the red zone.

you have wasted money on fixing what has not consequence on the oproblem
overheating is from 4 things
1--- no/insufficient water in the cooling system--air lock in system- fill radiator to cap level and bleed air out
2--blocked radiator cores -- have a radiator shop do a flow test
3-- fan not working--no power from relay, ECM. coolant temp sensor , fuses-- have an auto electrician check the circuit
4--- blown head gasket /cracked head-- have a compression test done

My 99 mazda protege over heated and sprayed coolant all over, my first thought was leaky hose or blew the radiator, but I waited till day light to see if I could tell where it was coming from and nothing...

There are two fans on many cars, but one is for the radiator cooling fan and the other is an auxiliary fan which is energized when the air-conditioning is turned on. Try turning on your air-con and see if this fan comes on. Pressure test your system. You won't know if you have a coolant leak for certain until this has been performed.

My truck runs hot when its a idle for 30 mins

Check to see if your fan is turning on. If you bypass the switch on the radiator it should start. If it doesn't try the fuse if it does replace the switch.

Replaced fan and relay and temp sensor ran car for 20-25 min temp only hit 220 fan didnt come on. when i turned on ac fan came on and once i turned car off fan didnt turn on is there another problem?

The fan should come on between 217 and 223 degrees. That is normal operating temperature when the computer sends the signal for the fan to operate, Did you bleed the cooling system after you replaced the sensor?

  • First try to checked the water pump. Make sure that the water is regulating inside the radiator.
  • Make sure also that the hose are all in good shape and the radiator fan also working.

idle learn procedure:

turn off all electrical items (AC fan, audio, lights, defogger, etc.)
Start the engine and hold it at 3,000 rpm with no load (in park or Neutral) until the radiator fan comes on or the engine coolant gauge shows normal running temp.

Now let the engine idle for a minimum of 5 mins with no electrical loads. If the radiator fan cycles on during this time, you must add the fan running time to the 5 mins.
