Check your battery and make sure it has plenty of water in it. When your vehicle was hot the water in the battery could have boiled dry also.

is radiator fan is working ? check fan first, if it is working then please check coolant circulation proper in radiator( to check you can fel the tempreture of radoator, if engine is heated then radiator should also get heated, and if both thing are ok then might be the cylender head gasket is blown out check with mechanic.

SOURCE: toyota tazz 1300 problem. My toyota

have you checked your oil by pulling the dipstick? does it look deep brown?if so. there is water or coolant present in engine!!do not run the engine.if you see brown sludge on the oil dipstick, there is a blown head gasket.if you open your radiator and you see oil floating in there, suggest a blown head gasket.if you have oil or antifreeze coming out of exhaust, you have a blown head gasket in the motor.oil mixing with the water is never a good thing motor wise. suggest you not run the engine until you get a pro. to see,or you run risk of loosing engine.hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com we are here always to assist the people that want to know for sure,

TOYOTA TAZZ KICK BACK...

It sounds like it is loosing spark somewhere on the ignition circuit. e.g HT leads, distributor cap, one or more spark plugs faulty. The above usually happens when the engine is taking more load than usual, like going up a hill and the r.p.m at about 1500 - 3000.Try it again in a lower gear 1st or 2nd with the motor r.p.m high, about 5000 revolutions per minute.

Phillip
