Not enough detail. What happened before it started shaking? Here is a list of things off the top of my head - Loose wheel nuts, damaged rim, bent axle, Wheel weights came off, wheel bearings, worn bushes, if you have a tail shaft went out of balance, uni joints failing - Can you be a bit more specific?

I got a new motor put in almost a month ago its a 4.0 SOHC then 2 weeks ago I noticed when I turned to the right my car shook a bit. Then outta nowhere I was on the highway going between 60 - 65 and my car started shaking I scared me and would like to know any suggestions of what it could be. I thought maybe an alignment was gonna check that out next week

Please tell me that you don't use retreads 60-65 is really at their limit? They are only usually rated to Tyres or suspension. If you take it to a suspension specialist they can do a suspension test - but if you can hear a knocking noise te shock absorbers are probably gone. Wheel alignment or a damaged tyre (buldge) sometimes happens if you clip a curb or wheel alignment.

The engine shaking

If your car is shaking while it's on but not actually moving, then it's likely not the tires. This usually means there is something broken in the engine, such as the radiator fan or engine mounts. Fuel system issues can also cause the car to shake even while standing still.
