There is a Relay under the Hood in the Fuse Relay Box. Replace this and it should be OK. If not let me know so that we can look elsewhere for the Problem. Please Rate my Solution, I need all the Help that I can Get!

My brake lights are not coming on anymore.... I have replaced the brake light switch and I noticed another type of switch that resembles it. I still have no brake lights and this all occurred after i took...

Do you know how to use a test meter? I thought not.If you did you would have done a continuity measurement before you spent the $13. Did you check the bulbs and the earthing?
So you used the mechanic for the diagnosis, didn't pay him and now it doesn't work? I would go back to the mechanic and complain.

1999 ram v6 abs and brake light on, drove a block

Sounds like your alternator died. Check wiring, fuses and replace alternator as should test bad.  $80.00 at a scrap-yard should be a general price for used.
Back-yard mechanic should install for $20.00
Good luck.

1999 Mercury Cougar 2.5L initially blower motor died, hazard lights stopped working, ran great, but now will not shift out of park.

this sounds like you should be keeping up with checking fuses with a test light on both sides of the fuse, the inter lock solenoid on the shift cable is not powering up,check your brake switch.

Brake lights not working not even the 3rd light in the trunk lid.

First I'd check the fuse. Then I'd check the bulbs. Then I'd check the brake switch located under the dash and operated by the brake pedal. Use a test light or multimeter.

sounds like your brake light switch took a shot this is located on the brake pedal itself i would replace all brake light bulbs and switch to resolve your issue

I was driving my Sante FE yesterday and stopped at a red light. When I released the break all four brakes where still grabbing. As I was close to home, I kept it in 1st gear and drove back home. At that...

you are right when you mastercylinder related,as you have a very small port (compesating)inside the cylinder and should a small partical enter and block this port the brakefluid cannot push back when releasing the brakes causing the brakes to bind.the cylinder should be removed and cleaned.
