SOURCE: cooling fan runs continuously, trying to locate the relay switch

Should be located in front of left frame rail (pictured below). May have to remove the left headlamp capusel and air intake cover to gain access to relay. You may also try from underneath vehicle before removing these components.

Should be near the reciever/drier/accumulator, or on the compressor. Follow the low side lines, and you should find it.

SOURCE: R&R Starter 1999 Plymouth Voyager w/3.3 V6

The likely problem is the contacts in the solenoid on the side of the starter. Does the solenoid click when trying to start the car? Disconnect one battery cable before doing anything with it. I fixed mine by removing the end of the solenoid case and building up the badly eroded input terminal bolt head with silver solder--worked great. You have to work under the car to get to these parts--use jack stands for safety.

SOURCE: can you show me where the starter is located on a

Take a look at the photo....

In this photo, it is the 3.0L engine. The starter is right next to the oil filter. There is a bracket there with an "X", to the left of it is the starter. Location is in the front, closest to the grill of the van. Same for the 3.8L and the 2.4L (it'll be close to the A/C compressor.).

How do I syphon the gas from a 1999 plymouth grand voyager?

Forget trying to syphon via the filler cap as most now have anti-syphon built in. Try breaking into the fuel line before it enters the engine and let the fuel pump do the work. On my old car (a 2002 Fiat) the line was just a push-fit connection. I disconnected and fitted a hose over the line to a container. I turned on the ignition and the pump switched on and started filling the container. It did, however, need switching on and off a few times because I believe there is some kind of pressure switch within the system and the pump stopped once it realised the pressure to the fuel injection system was not building up.

Where is the fuel reset switch located on a 1998 plymouth voyager

Ford is the only manufacturer that uses an inertia switch to kill power to the fuel pump in the event of an accident. this is a resettable switch.

All the other manufacturers including Chrysler do not use any type of resettable switch. The computer will look to see if the engine is running or being started and then supply power or kill power depending on what it sees. Typically this power is controlled by a relay that is grounded by the computer when the correct inputs are received.

If your having problems with power getting to the fuel pump let me know and I'll be happy to help you figure it out.

Where is the rollover switch on the fuel line, and where is it located in a 1990 Plymouth Voyager. Van hasn't been driven in about 6 years. Fuel pump was working ,now it isn't. It is a EFI...

The switch is a check valve. no electrical to it. It is located on top of the tank. Try hitting the bottom of the tank. if the fuel pump starts working then replace the pump.
