That is the tire pressure monitoring light. Simply air up your tires and it will turn off. If it comes back on then you may have a slow leak.

It means: (Maintenance Required) get your owner's manual and match ur milage to what your owner's manuel's service requirements recomend..

The warning light that looks like a pot or kettle with arrows is the "Low tire pressure warning light*" I found the answer on the Toyota web site by registering, logging in, entering my model and searching the owners manuals for warning lights.

This type information can be easily found in your owner's manual. If you do not have one, I suggest you get one. Dealer can order you one or you may find one at a salvage yard. Also search on line for a down loadable copy. Some manufactures do have these on line. Sounds like traction control.
I checked the owners manual and this indicates that there is rear lght failure. It lights up on mine and there is no light failure of any sort.
