SOURCE: 1994 Buick Park Ave fuel pump or relay reset??

No switch. Take a big rubber hammer and strike bottom of tank while someone is cranking car. Sometimes this will make pump work until you shut it off to replace the pump.

SOURCE: 1993 Buick Century, what makes the car stall when

The relay, if it has electric fuel pump, is in the engine compartment either mounted on the sides or firewall or in a fuse box in the compartment. Check your timing and run carburetor/Injector cleaner cleaner though the engine. Try replacing plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor as well. It sounds as if you are flooding not running out of fuel.

Where do I locate the Fuel Pump Controller Relay on a 2007 Volvo XC90??

The relay is located in the Fuse/Relay box as shown. You may find that your fuel pump is not putting out the required pressure though.

General advice:After warming up track the problem:sparkplugs (even new can have the ceramic parts broken/cracked /wiring (after warming up the isolation get's soft, can loose spark power)/ignition coil(s) (gets hot, stop runnig),running reach, fuel pump/fuel pump relay.Best guess:fuel pump mallfunction (low pressure) related, fuel filter cloged/water in the fuel/fuel line cloged/chipped. Cheers, hope u figure it out,let the people know.

Lets start at the beginning. The engine computer grounds the pump relay. The relay gets power from the EFI relay when the key switch is on and from the starter fuse when the key switch is in the start position. Do you know if the pump relay is getting power from both sources and a ground from the computer ? Can you run a hot wire to the blue black wire going to the pump and keep it running ?

I'd have to test when problem is ongoing. When you first turn on key, no crank, you should hear the pump run for a few seconds then stop. For initial prime, the computer doesn't need rpm signal. Engine cranking, the computer needs to see rpm signal or it won't ground the fuel pump relay. W/o rpm signal, no spark at the plugs and no fuel injector pulse. I know your talking about fuel, but, when problem is ongoing, check spark and fuel injector pulse, engine cranking.
Intermittent problems are a pain, have to test when problem is ongoing.

My car stops running while driving. main relay or fuse pump relay?

Check both, but honda is known when the vehicle gets hot, for the main relay to go bad, which will cause the fuel pump not to work.

Car runs and drives but 10-15 miles it dies and wont run until cools off

Dear Sir,
As you said your car stop after 10-15 miles run.and start working after 10 to 15 min wait.
It can occur due a part or unit which defer working according to temperature. it means it stop working when it got hot and start working when it get cold. this type of parts are motors which have winding unit inside it, which can stop working in high temperature, it will not happen if they are good working condition but if that is got short then it can happen.
In your case cause is the fuel pump which is in fuel tank,Till it is cold it supply the fuel to engine but after few miles run it stop sending fuel to engine ,after wait for 10 to 15 it again start sending fuel to engine when it get cold.
Fuel pump will solve your problem. if any issue please let me know. Thanks.

Fuel Pump

41984144The only fue that is even remotely related if the EFI fuse link on th + battery terminal.
Do you usually run the fuel very low like below 1/8 tank or until the low fuel light comes on and do you fail to chang the fuel filter every 15,000 miles? If you do then you probable killed the fuel pump you can't run the fuel low because it causes the fuel pump to get hot because the fuel keeps the fuel pump cool
