Hi El Faraon,
I believe that you're dealing with 12 mm bolts and nuts....THESE ARE NOT THE SPECS FOR YOUR ENGINE, but I believe that if you use them you'll be close....Tighten in three stages up to 22nm....choose the bolts from the centre of the manifold and circle outwards until you reach the last one.....It may be a good idea to draw an overhead or plan view of the unit, marking out the bolt positions.....Start at the centre and mark the sequence and follow that....What is important is starting at the centre, so that nothing becomes warped....
Hope this helps,

The haynes book is not recommended since there are numerous mistakes and they still will not update. One of the biggest is the firing order.
The factory service manual is the only way to go.
Head bolts - 46 - 50.5 lbs (there is an order sequence for the bolts)
Intake & exhuast manifolds- 13.5 - 20 lbs
Flywheel - 41.5 - 47 lbs
Clutch cover - 13.5 - 20 lbs

cam sprocket is 250 in. lbs. cam tensioner and bearing caps are 105 in. lbs. exhuast manifold is 200 in. lbs. intake is 105 in. lbs

what engine do you have? the 4.0l push rod engine = in/manifold 15-18ft-lb, cyl.head bolts=stp1:44ft-lb stp2: 59ft-lb,stp3: + 90 degrees, ex/manifold = 15-18 ft-lb. the 4.0l sohc.engine = in/manifold107-123 in-lb,cyl.head bolt 8mm=23-25ft-lb,12mm=26 ft-lb+90 degrees+90 degrees,ex/manifold= 15-18 ft-lb. and the 5.0l =in/manifold=24ft-lb,cyl.head=stp1:30ft-lb stp2: 50ftlb,stp3: +90 degrees, ex/manifold=30 ft-lb
