Actually there is a circuit breaker just above and to the left of the fuse panel under the dash. If it has tripped there is a little button in the middle to depress to reset.

Fuse under the dash and under the hood but if fuses are good you may just have a bad blower motor check the wires on the blower motor first for connection before replacing

I have a 1998 Ford Escort SE .Where do you find the blower motor fuse and replace it?

It is probably not the fuse it is more than likely the connector. Located where the front passenger sits above their feet. Look for the blue wire

Location for blower motor fuse on a 1994 ford escort hatch

this isnt the heatercore as it is producing heat and the blower is a fan. the issue could be there is a bad connection to the blower or that the fuse is no longer good.

Heater stopped working suddenly, fuses are okay.

if your fan (blower motor) stopped working, more likely is the blower motor resistor, is locate it close to the blower motor. if the blower motor is ok, maybe your heater core is cloged.

Blower motor

check the vacuum line on the back of the heat controller and the resistor would be in the blower motor but more then likely there is a vacuum line off on the back of the controller and also check the vacuum lines under the hood of the car

94 ford escort blower motor

While it could be the fan motor itself (they are a brush-type which may have worn brushes), but it is more likely that it is an intermittant open caused by a jack and plug no longer contacting right, a crusty fuse blade or jack or corroded contacts at the resistor that controls the blower speed.
Locating these is best done with a service manual in hand such as those published by Chilton or Haynes.
