1998 Merc Sable LS will not start,

Has been sitting for 4 months, weather has been below 0, put in a new battery, and now it is like the gas is not getting to the injectors?? Do I need a new fuel pump or is it just frozen, what do I do??

Put some dry gas in the gas tank and fill up with gas and if there is a place where you can get the car warm this will help also

It sounds like you may have a defective ignition starter switch. It is located near the bottom top of the steering column under the dash.

Hard starting after sitting awhile

My 98 Jimmy runs on synthetic oil and starts well after sitting in cold weather. If the weather is the problem, try checking that. If it is warm... sorry no ideas.
