Get to it and remove the door panel start at bottom popping the door panel loose with a flat blade working up both sides and remove screws in door handles some are hidden when all loose raise up on the door panel to release. then you will remove the plastic on the door and see the motor . it is rivited in so you will need a drill and some new rivets for replacement/

2002 thunderbird window won't go up or down replace swith still wont work fuse are ok does the switch get power

The master switch connector does have circuits that have power on them. The Master switch is not directly connected to the window motors. The switch sends a signal to the Front Electronic Module and the module controls operation of the motor on the driver side. The passenger door window motor is controlled by a different module

use a flat head screwdriver and pop it off where it meets the door. Be careful when it comes loose. If it falls it can rip the wires from the power windows and locks.
