Cables were rplaced still not going

Some starters require shimming for proper contact.. also check the flywheel teeth and see if they are ground off or broken(missing)

have u checked the ground wire to the battery to make sure that u are gaining a charge . if u are gaining a charge thru the battery then please check the battery cables
