I have a 2000 corvette that the interior lights won't go off while driving and it takes 15 minutes for them to go e car off after i shut the car off.It says rear deck ajar but it's not.

Sounds like an altinator problem. Have it checked out. If your altinator is bad it will not recharge your battery while its running and cause your car to lose all electrical power. When this happens, your car will not usually run for more than 10minutes or so.

This is a common problem with many cars. It is delamination. If the window is loose in spots, it can often be repaired with urethane adhesive like glass shops use for windshields. a likely problem is a fuel pump going down...as it gets warm, it heats up the wiring inside and they expand causing a loss of connection inside the pump...As it cools, it comes back together and works again...when it dies out turn the key off and listen closely for the pump to hum when you turn the key on...If it doesn't wait for it to cool and then when you try again listen and if you hear it and it starts, that's your problem...fuel pumps will go bad quickly if you don't keep your tank at least a quarter to half full as the gas is what keeps it cool so it don't get too hot and melt the shellac on the wiring which will eventually short out...

I sprayed WD40 in the handle opening and moved it up and down a few times and sprayed some in the latch and it went away.
