Question about 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee
It turns over but won't start
There is no recharging any fuel system
There are two types-return & returnless
Meaning the fuel goes back to the tank or it doesn't
Either way when the key is turned on, so is the fuel pump
If the engine tries to start then any air preceeding the fuel,
comes out into the cylinders
You have to check for a functioning fuel pump
If it is 20 years old or you ran it out of fuel,it may
Listen for the pump at the tank while someone cycles
the ignition key.
Just the pump at the relay, test for fuel pressure at the fuel rail
