Could be a restriction in the exhaust pipe past the cat, or a fuel mixture problem.

I replaced Caddilittic converter and o2 sensor and the converter ud sttill getting red hot

Converters do get very hot. That being said, red hot is too hot even for a catalytic converter. When this happens, it is usually a sign that raw, unburned fuel is getting into the converter and being burned there. You should check the compression on all of your cylinders to see if you have a leaking, burnt, or broken exhaust valve. This can cause the problem.

Audi A6 air con always blow very hot air coming from engine with bad smell

The smell is probably related to the catalic converter when a cat goes bad it creates a smell similar to rotten eggs. You might need to replace the catalic converter. This will improve gas mileage and performance. The hot air blowing from the AC is probably a low charge on the Freon.

Car starts but engine does not have power changed spark plugs, fuel filter, map sensor, heat sensor because supposely one mechanic said thats what the computer is reading, but car is still the same oh also...

Hello, You probably have a clogged converter but you can get FREE scans at Autozone, Advance, or Oreilys autoparts stores. By using these places you will get a second or third opinion of your system.
You need to rehang any sensors that were removed by cutting off the Catalytic converter. The sensors control the spark and fuel systems and without the sensors, you will never get the car to run correct again.
You do not have to pay top dollar for a different Catalytic converter. The prices on new converters is less in the Aftermarket and you can get a used converter by using a place like Car-parts.com, a listing service for Salvage yards who will respond to your parts request and ship the part to you. Visit the site and see the prices and contact info for each part.
Also, you can weld a stainless steel sensor mount onto any pipe you install. Check with Speed shops for the part. I can not say how much difference it will make without your converter, but at least you will get some type of signal through the sensor. It is better than nothing.

No power on take off and can't maintain speed going up hills. Also, getting horrible gas mileage.

Hello there's a couple things you can try. First off check your tire pressure to make sure they are at the manufactures levels. If you open the driver door there is a sticker in the door jam with the ideal tire pressures.
For the power issue I suggest changing your fuel filter and air filter. You could also buy some fuel injector cleaner and dump it in the gas tank. I think that the power issued will be solved after you changed those filters especially the fuel.
If that doesn't work it may be a sign that your fuel pump is going out. Usually they go out with no warning and no symptoms. Try the above and write me back with any questions.
