Based on what is for sale on Ebay, it looks like a square box with a knob you turn, has the symbol for light bulb with marks for low up to high. Should be on the left side of the speedometer.

SOURCE: 06 kia sportage airbag control module

If your refering to the light on top of the dash that says "psgr air bag not connected" here;s the deal.

The module is activated when someone sits in the seat. Turn the key on and the notification will light. Go around to the psgr side of the car and sit in the seat and the light should go out.

Check your repair manual where the vacuum hoses for the cruise controls are (engine bay). Maybe one of the hoses came off or has a leak.
