SOURCE: Throttle position sensor

its located on the opposite side of the throttle body as the throttle cable. remove the whole throttle body then remove the TPS from it.

Well the TPS would probably not keep it from starting, just not accelerating.
You would check the sensor with a meter for resistance.

How do i fix a throttle

If the engine is speeding up and slowing down without driving it you might have a vacuum leak. If it is doing it while driving at a certain engine speed it could be a sensor called the (TPS ) Throttle position sensor. If someone has recently worked on it they might have bumped a vacuum hose off

Wipers wont work on a 2008 chrysler 300

have you checked the fuse ,lower dash drivers side lid/cover should give listing position of fuses , if ok then either the switch or the motor so some investigation will be required . strip out the cowling around wiper switch and test for power output when operating switch , if has power then do the same with the wiper motor , if has power to motor then the motor needs replacing good luck

The P0123 means Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit High Input.
The P0300 means Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Clear the code with OBD2 code scanner. If it comes back on, you
still have an issue.
