Question about Dodge Cars & Trucks

I have a 2002 dodge durango, the obd port plug in was broken off, is there a part or a way to replace this? Please help I can't get it smoged to register it to drive.

All of the wires are still present, but he actual port/plastic part was broken off, the smog tester could not be plugged into it.

Multiple cylinder misfires cause engine to die out unless gas pedal is pressed. Will not idle

the fuel smell is from unburnt fuel in the cylinders not firing , i'd have to start with reading the OBD codes to help narrow down the component/s at fault but at a guess i'd think the ign coils are at fault but the OBD will pinpoint the issue

Dodge Durango Won't Start, Turns over, NO BUS on instrument cluster

1998 - 1999 Dodge Durango 3.9L
2000 - 2001 Dodge Durango 4.7L
1998 - 2000 Dodge Durango 5.2L
1998 - 2001 Dodge Durango 5.9L

The PCM has 3 connectors plugged into it. Try wiggling each connector and listen for a clicking sound, starting with the connector furthest from the front of the Durango, and the middle connector with a white top.

If this doesn't help, replace your PCM. The PCM (power control module) can get hot, causing a short or broken circuit inside the module. Replacing the module will fix the problem. If your truck dies randomly when it's hot outside, but will start back up after it cools down, this is probably the problem.

Where is the engine diagnostic port fuse on a 2002 dodge intrepid?

open port to the left of the fuse panel. This will be a small rectangular port that is large enough to accommodate the onboard diagnostic scan (OBD) tool plug.

The brake system on a 2002 dodge durango has no pressure

Do you actually see brake fluid coming from the bleeders? Check for a broken brake line. If no fluid is being lost and the peddle has proper pressure, then the brake booster has failed. If their is no pressure at all, then the master cylinder has failed. Replace accordingly.

What's your problem?I did all these changes to my 1999 Dodge Durango. They are distributor cap, rotor, wires, spark plugs, and pick up coil. My fuel pump is working I also check the alternator and it...

Check that the crank shaft position senser is plugged in and working and not broken this will cause your comp to not send fire to you coil and it won't fire hope this helps you

Evap system errors, cylinder misfires....

it is VERY common for the gas cap seals to go bad and cause an EVAP leak that generates a code.. i have seen alot of this in recent years, these cars now have pressurized systems....good luck! it could be a quick and cheap repair!

HOW TO INSTALL AMP INTO A FACTORY RADIO IN DODGE DURANGO 2002

You can buy adaptor plugs that allow a simple hook up at most car stereo places.  However, when you increase the power going to the speakers you also have to replace the speakers to handle the higher power or you'll toast them.
