Gas over flow on Suzuki Sidekick 1995

Gas came out of the exhaust pipe. The car doesn't start but if you push the gas pedal it would start. The smell of gas sorrounds the car in the inside. There is a leakage in the bottom also.

Could be a leaking fuel injector or faulty pressure regulator.
I would unplug the injectors first and see if the flooding stops.
You may have to test each injector to find the defective one.

The injector number 2 gives permanent electricity what gives electricity to the injector?

The injectors all get power from the same circuit. The computer grounds each injector individually to open it.

The 95 came with 8v TBI or 16v MPI.
if its MPI , unplug the injectors connectors, to find the leaking one.
If TBI, , just look down air horn to see it leak, key on, no start 3 times
does it leak (bad o-ring, injector bad, or ECU bad causing constant injections.
the mpi works the same , just 3 more injectors to fail.
what engine. tell engine, and answer get better.
this is called flooding, but since its known to be injectors that puts you here.. covers both motors.

the MPI has 12vdc across all 4 injectors and the ECU grounds the other side of the coil to inject, about a few miliseonds, each time, THE TBI is totally different (you never stated engine) and the ECU on this car ,drive both is sides of the injector coil, the red wire is the smart wire drive and the yellow low side is and emable signal (dumb) now you know both... for that electrical power question, post MPI/TBI?

Check throtle position sensor... one section closes a set of contacts when you take your foot off the accelerator... this is sent back to the engine control computer which adjust the timing to insure the engine stays @ ~ 800 rpm. It's easy to set with just a simple multimeter...

In this case you need to take a look at your EGR Valve and Solenoid. I would check with your local auto parts store to see if they check those for free (some do and others charge a small fee). Most likely you have a bad EGR Valve or EGR Solenoid. Hopefully this gives you some direction. Thanks for using FixYa!

Sincerely,

JC

Rattling noise when I press the gas pedal or when the vehicle is running idle.

Hi,
Likely an exhaust heat shield. When the SUV is cold - after sitting for 4+ hours - crawl under the vehicle and see if any of the shields are loose that cover the exhaust pipes. If they are you can use sheet metal screws screwed into the shield and against the exhaust pipeto 'wedge' the shield so it doesn't move.

White smoke comes out my car when i start it but goes after a while

Usually high humidity in the exhaust system. Check the exhaust pipe inclination to see if it doesn't allow water to flow into the muffler.
Also after the smoke goes, i.e the car is well warmed up, put the car in Park or Neutral. Tap the gas pedal to get some quick revs. Look for small puffs of white smoke. If you see some then get ready for a rings job. This can be confirmed by removing the spark plugs. They'll have oil deposit on them.

Try adjusting the idle speed to specification. Try also to check for leaks in your intake manifold. Check also the valve clearance. If all checks are alright, have somebody look into your emission system components.

Check if you put back all the air (vacuum hoses) hoses to their proper places. You might inter change them making the EGR valve open. Also check your fuel filter and fuel injectors.
