Most likely, the motor inside the door. 2nd most likely, the switch you are trying to move. 3rd most likely is the regulator that moves the glass or the wiring to the switch and motor. You will need to take off the door panel to find out what is wrong. There are plastic or metal clips that hold the panel on, you need to be really careful not to lose or damage them, as they will hold the panel on when you are finished. They are easily broken. e-bay might have parts if you need them. Remember, used parts may fail most anytime like yours have.
