Car stoped, Engine on, after radiator fans works 2 or 3 times, asd relay off, engine stop and no on, after more or less 3 minutes asd relay on again and engine can on. Obs. If run at 50 Km/h, fans dont works and no have problem, if car stoped and cabin hot air is on and your fan in high speed no have problem too.

this not really a problem as the fan speed is controlled by the high preasure switch in the ac system the hotter it is outside the higher the preassure will be in the system as hot as its been the preasure is high already when the compressor cycles it pulls suction on one side and outputs high preasure on the other the fans cool the condenser the higher the ambient temp the faster they go so all is fine...

It is not the fault: for long time Renault has that concept, that is to prevent engine oveheating when coolant circulation is suddenly stopped.
Radiator fan can continue to work up to 10 minutes after engine is off. You should worry about it only if it wouldn't stop even after 10 minutes.

The relay that is located right usually in the middle of the fans is stuck open.Take that off and take it to the nearest parts store and they should have it in stock.Its kind of a common problem.That relay is designed to finish cooling off the car before they shut off and they'll run with the keys out.If the relay is bad they'll keep on running till the battery is dead..

SOURCE: engine overheating
CHECK TO SEE IF THE FAN RELAY IS FUNCTIONING BY SWAPPING IT WITH ANOTHER LIKE THE WIPER RELAY IF THEY ARE THE SAME. IF THE WIPERS WORK WITH THE A/C RELAY IN IT'S PLACE, THEN TRY REPLACING THE FAN FUSE. IF NONE OF THESE METHODS MAKE THE FAN TURN ON THEN REPLACE THE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR LOCATED NEAR THE UPPER RADIATOR HOSE INLET TOWARDS THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE. First, the easy way is to just bypass the relays all together. Install a switch on the inside of the car like you would fog lights. This will solve the problem of replacing thing after thing and wasting money. Just a $7.00 fix. After doing that unplug all the sensors and then the battery for at least 60 second to reset the computer. Than restart the car and the check engine light should go out, may take a day or so. Same thing with your gas cap, re-securing it will take a day or so for the light to go out. Good luck. I love my '97 neon.

Trouble Code: P1491 You PCM does not sense current to radiator fan when it turns it on. Is the fan coming on or not? Usually not when you have this code. Problem can be with the fuse, relay, wiring or fan itself. First check the fuse. If good, next try swapping the relay with another one in the engine compartment relay box, such as the horn relay.
Let the car warm up and see if the fan will come on. If yes, get a new relay. If not, either use a test light to see if there is voltage at the fan connector when the engine is on and hot, or else test the fan motor by hotwiring it to the battery. If none of this works, please get back to me for how to troubleshoot the wiring.
