Is the map sensor the same thing as the knock sensor on a 1999 daewoo nubira and exactly where is it located

Not the same-the map sensor tells the computer how much air is in the intake to compute fuel requirements-map means manifold absolute pressure-look for it on the firewall or attached to engine-small black box with vacuum hoses, or at least one vacuum hose to it coming from the intake plenum.
The knock sensor is located on the engine block somewhere, maybe under the intake, it is for detecting engine "pinging"-or engine knock, the timing will be retarded a scheduled amount if any cylinders exhibit knock.

How to connect vacuum hose from/to air filter - Camry 2003

Usually you wouldn't connect a vacuum hose to the air filter, but if its a DIY job your after you would need to get the male connectors and some other hardware to do a custom job (drilling required) otherwise to have the same effect you could just connect a vacuum hose to the Intake Manifold or throttle body.

The Intake manifold usually has some spare slots for small vacuum hoses.

To locate follow the air filter box tube back to the throttle body, the throttle body, the intake is directly off this and connects to the engine. see diagram

Oil filter location

The oil filter on your 2004 sunfire is under the air intake hose. you take this hose off by loosening the two clamps that hold it onto the air filter housing and the air intake. Under that is a black cap with a large hex head on it, i believe 1.25 inch. that is the oil filter cap. take that off and pull the used oil filter off the bottom.

Under the dash is red ,black ,purple, yellow, green small hosesthey all were once conected but the plastic block broke so what hose goes to what hose

The hoses dont go together, they are the vacuum lines that operate your heating and air dams. The black one is the vacuum line in from the engine compartment and the others operate a certain selection. You can hook the black into any one of the hoses to make the air operate the desired location.

I broke a vac hose on my air cleaner.

Hose goes to a vacuum port on the intake manifold . It's running rough because with the port open you have a vacuum leak. Run the engine and listen for the leak...that's where the hose plugs in.
hope this helps!
