Have you changed your thermostat? I test all thermostats to make sure they work before I install them. Also back flush the hearter core. Disconnect the heater hoses and flush the core. I see a lot of these clogged. Hope this helps.

have you had the instrument cluster programmed, if not this might be your answer. i work for iveco and e
we have to programme new instrument clusters, if it was a second hand one this also might cause the problems
You have still got air in the system.Remove the Feed back pipe from the header tank and wait for all the air to come out while the engine is running making sure you are toping up the header tank at the same time Dont allow header tank to run dry while doing this.Good luck
When you say the heat doesn't work are you meaning the fan doesn't blow out hot air or just doesn't blow out any air? if it blows cold air sometimes when you have the heat on then it could be poor circulation through your radiator or a weak water pump. make sure your radiator is clean on the inside, not too corroded or nasty inside. You can buy a radiator flush thing from wal-mart or any auto parts store. See if it helps.
yes it is. when you replaced the water pump you most likely got a vapor lock in the system. meanig you got air caught in the lines and the best way to get it out is relaese top water pump line and fill with antifreez and then replace line to the water pump. and see what happens. hope this works for you. let me know.
