Question about 2000 Ford F250 Super Duty Crew Cabs
After closing the doors, interior/exterior lights would stay on for up to ten to fifteen seconds and then shut off. now they stay on for up to five minutes before shutting off. Any ideas? Also there is a red symbol on the dash above the speedometer that is now continually on when the truck is running. It resembles a symbol of the doors being shown open. Is there a fuse problem? The doors are tight so I don't think thats it. The truck is a 2002 f250. Thanks for any suggestions. -Rich
Lube your door latches. One of the door ajar switches are sticking . Use wd40 or some othe spray lube . Spray into the latch and open and close doors several time.
