i have a 2002 jeep wrangler and th engine light is on and now the check gauges light comes on and off. Also when i go from reverse to drive it stalls out and also stalls at just about every stop made.

You have 2 problems
1st
You need to have a computer hooked up to see what codes you are having to dial on the check engine problem. Depending upon what codes are being thrown could help dial in on the 2nd problem you are having which is check guages lights. When the check guages light appears is there any movement on any guages that is out of the ordinary? You can do this by taking it to any local auto parts store that provides the service for free. Or by taking it into your local Mechanic shop.
