It could probably be your passenger CV Axle that needs to be replaced. They tend to make a loud/soft clicking noise if they go out.

Best guess sight unseen is feathered tires from poor alignment. Feel the inside edges of the tires by rubbing your hand in both directions. If it feel "choppy" it is you tires causing the noise. Try rotating the tires from front to back to see if the noise changes or goes away. If it does, replace the front tires and have the car aligned.

I Have a 2004 Saturn vue ,there is a squeely noise

I would suspect the wheel bearing, as these start to fail they tend to make more noise in one direction of load than the other.

Noise coming from front of car

It sounds exactly like a wheel bearing problem. The right side its seems would be the problem. When you turn right it puts more pressure on the bad bearing making it louder. I would suggest replacing both. If on is gone the other one isn't far off. Hope this helps

Most likely this a broken CV joint and this means replacing the axle.
