Question about 2001 Audi A4

1 Answer

2001 Audi A4 no sound from back speakers

Back speakers have no volume. So if I fade all the way back, there is no volume at all.
I have a symphony stock stereo. Is there an amp involved? Where would it be so I can check the fuse?
I have tried connecting other speakers, just to test, and get no volume.

There are several amplifiers and boosters in the pillars. Start with that and move on from there. Sounds like something cutting out after it gets to warm. Make sure part no. for the radio is exactly for the one called for by vin.!!!

I installed an aftermarket stereo in my audi a4 and now it will not start

if you have the symphony sytem you have to rplace all of the speakers in the car i have the same one. you have to do this becuase each speakers has its own mini amp powering. the only problem i cant fix now is the am/fm is still really fuzzy unlike when i had the symphony installed

Any other fuses for radio?

There should be a fuse on the stereo itself, to remove it you will need the special radio pins to remove

sounds like someone cut wires in trunk or unplugged wire. or cut along step plate maybe where you get in that is where they run to the rear.
