Go ahead and change it. Just go to the part store, tell them that your side marker bulb is blown and they will sell you a new on. Then get your screw driver and go to town.

I hve the same issue. I have replaced all the bulbs on the fron and back of the left side of the car and still the left front blinker does not blink.

i think there are two flat guide pins that hold the headlight assembly in .. just pull them straight up ..and the assembly should come out ..hencse replace the bulbs.

you need to remove entire assembly to access bulbs.it is secured by small hex head screws & a ''sliding tab'',an L shaped piece you pry up w/a flat screwdriver.

Remove the retaining bolts for the splash shield and ...
... remove the splash shield from the vehicle
Twist the bulb socket to remove it from the lamp and ...
... lower the socket down to access the bulb
Pull the bulb straight out to remove it from the socket
