Sometime these new cars you have to put it on ramps and then you can see how you have to twist the socket counter clockwise to get the bulb out be sure to wipe the new bulb off if you touched it because it will shorten the life span of it

Replace right front turn signal bulb

You may be able to access it from the engine compartment, or from under the car. There's a twist-out buld socket - (twist about an 1/4 quarter turn to the left) - then pull striaght back. If not accessable that way remove the light cover/lens and then the light unit - there should be enough slack in the wires to pull the assembly forward alittle to remove buld socket.

I believe you can replace by laying UNDER the fender and reaching up . The bulb will twist to unlock. Replace the bulb and repeat proceedure. NOTE!!! you may need to remove some of your plastic splashguards to access it!!

Right front turn signal only works with four way flashers

i know you replaced the bulb, check inside bulb socket to see if the contacts are good, they can get coroded and make the flashing system behave oddly. you can use some spray wire cleaner but i usually wind up using fine sand paper folding it up and gently rubbing inside contacts. if this doesnt work and all other bulds are good (check those filaments), then you may be stuck checking wires for breaks in the casing or rusted points on outside of wires. hope this helps.

Drivers side rear turn signal and brake light not working

I've noticed the same problem with my 2001 Ford Exployer Sport Trac. When my girlfriend drives my truck she raises the steering column, and when I'm driving, I lower the column. I noticed when I was driving recently the left front turn signal kept flashing quickly, thought it was the bulb, but changed and still happening. Today I took apart the steering column cover and noticed the wiring for the turn signals and hazards were loose. To fix this problem I pulled the wires out of column more as to not stress the connection. So far this has fixed the problem.
