My first qiestion is were the accesories working prior to these wires becoming disconected? If so is it a connector that is disconected or just wires hanging under your dash?

I have a f 150 2002 that I've recently worked on starter and got going but now my wipers radio reverse lights and heater won't work! Is it a relay or what?

did you disconect battery posts before doing work on it ? there might be a ground wire on the starter that didnt get connected properly also see if there is a fuse link going to one of the battery cables and check fuse or check for corrosion

How do I change out a heater core on a 1997 GMC 1500 Pickup truck

you need to remove the glove box disconect the heater hoses look behind the glove box some heater boxes are two pieces and you can remove the heater half some you need to remove the whole piece if that is the case let a garage do it because they need to disconect the a/c so it needs to be evacuated and recharged if it is a two piece box just remove the bolts that hold the heater core under the dash and pull the box strait back good luck
