This reset for key fob Hyundai coupe year 02 to 04
Turn ignition to position two
Press lock or unlock once
Ensure indicators flash once to confirm reset
This will enable fob providing you have no other faults

Sounds to me like u have a faulty ( pulse generator sensor) u can find it at a dealership for less than 80 dlls. it can be easly replace by anyone its : a 1 plug conector wire that divides into 2 sensors like a ( Y ) ull find it under the air filter right on top of the transmission just follow the wire and ull find the second sensor under the transmision, once replaced, i let the key to on position for 15 min to reset the computer ,and ur good to go..car runs like new again..hope this helps ... Hi what your going to have to do is. unhook your slave cly and take a pry bar and pry the fork bar towards the front of the car you will hear a click. that means you have poped the throw out bearing into the plate. You did nothing wrong they just have to be popped in.
hi ths happened to my wife when first using the walk in tilt and move forward facility on checking it out i found that underneath the seat there are 2x steel wires that clip to the slide operating mech and due to trying to operate incorrectly ? one of the wires had come off and resulting in the other loose resulting in the same problem you have? correct operation to reset seat is in h/book? so may i suggest you check the wires under seat ? hope this helps?
