I really wish I could help you, but......
Here is one thing you might check.
Years ago, many cars that were 10 years old and older had overheat problems undiagnosed.
I found the bottom radiator hose collapsing while driving.
The water pump sucks coolant from the bottom of the radiator, and the hoses would get old and soft and suck together.
Auto makers put coil springs inside them to stop the problem, but sometimes the coil springs were either too short, or would move inside the hose leaving an area where the hose would suck together.
First, feel the hose when the engine and hose are hot, but not with the engine running, and with the raduiator cap removed to de-pressurize your system.
Then, try to squeeze the bottom hose from the radiator to the engine block and feel for soft spots that can be squeezed.
If you find any, you will need to replace that hose.

I checked and the coolant does not flow (arrives) at 100% through the radiator, im thinking it has something obstructing somewhere in the block or hoses between engine and radiator

First make sure the fuse is not blown for the fan, if anybody has ever tried to repair it before make sure the wiring is not backwards making the fan run backwards, try a coolant flush.

SOURCE: replace thermostat on isuzu axiom

I just had a garage replace my thermostat on my 2002 Isuzu Axiom. The book calls for 2 hrs labor, no way. iI took the garage more like 5 hrs plus, they ate the additional 3 hrs of labor. Note, the intake manifold must be removed and even then special tools are needed because it is still buried deep down. The garage took pictures ot this one because of how ridiculours Isuzu designed the location.

Overheating when driving

Sounds like the water pump fins aren't doing their job. I suggest changing the water pump. Been there, done that. Bad pump.

My rodeo overheats while driving, but not while it idles in park,no coolant leaks visible . I add water because it comes out the overflow. It does'nt overheat every time, but most of the time it does.

this all points to a head gasket issue or a weak water pump or a clogged radiator, or a weak radiator cap' Or a thermostat that isnt opening enough.

A simple chemical block test will confirm a head gasket issue.

A infrared temp gun can test different areas of the radiator for cold spots.

If these turn out ok then I would inspect the water pump impellers and replace the cap and pump if necessary and replace the thermostat.

It starts to overheat after driving a few miles. Besides replacing the thermostat what could the problem be?

Could be...
Radiator plugged up
Failing water pump
Fan not working (if it's electric)
Fan clutch has not resistance
Low coolant
Head gasket issue

Will the fan clutch malfunctioning cause the car to act like the thermostat is not opening, we have already replaced the thermostat

Yes, if the fan clutch is bad, the car may overheat, especially when going uphill, check for a replacement or repair the esisting one filling it back with new silicona.

Unfortunately, I refer to repairs of this type as "search and repair missions"...You've overlooked the radiator core...the only thing left and probably the culprit. ($180)
