Question about 1998 Ford Explorer
Replaced the fuel pump because we were getting little to no fuel pressure. Now we have to much fuel, like the engine is flooding out.
Have a shop check fuel trim & determine if you
have fuel injectors that leak & need to be removed,
mailed away & cleaned & tested

Check the fuel pump relay connections, the Explorer is bad about connection corrosion at the relays, try unplugging it and sticking it back in. Hope this help, let me know.
