HI JUST WENT THROUGHT THIS WITH MY DAUGHTERS CAR!! WOW WAS GONNA RIP EVERYTHING OUT , I CHECKED FUES!! ALL GOOD, SHE AHD NO HEADLIGHTS, TAIL LIGHTS, POWER LOCKS, RADIO OR BRAKE LIGHT OR HORN, SO I GOT TO THINKING THAT THIS JUST CANT BE A BAD GROUND, BUT DIDNT SEEM RIGHT. SO I GOT A BOOK TO LOOK AT THE WIRING, ACTUALLY I USED THE 1994 VERSION AND IN THAT THERE ARE 2 POSITIVE WIRES COMING FROM THE BATTERY, WELL ONE GOES TO STARTER AND FUSIABLE LINKS THE OTHER GOES TO THE FUSE BOX THAT SUPPLIES POWER TO ALL THAT WE NOT WORKING, WELL FOLLOW THE 2ND POWER LINE FROM THE BATTERY THAT GOES TO FUSE BOX, WELL AS YOU START TO FOLLOW IT THERE IS A PLUG THAT JOINS THE WIRE TO THE WIRE THAT GOES TO FUSE BOX, UNPLUG TURNS HEADLIGHTS ON ANT REPLUG BACK IN. IT WASNT MAKING A CONNECTION ANYMORE!!!

THE REASON I SAID TURN THE LIGHTS ON THEN REPLUG IN , IS THAT YOU WILL SEE THE LIGHTS COME ON AND HEAR THE CHIME OF LEAVING THE LIGHTS ON WHEN YOU PLUG BACK IN. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE DIAGRAM IS WHEN I REALIZED THAT THAT 2ND WIRE SUPPLIED THE POWER TO THE FUSE BOX FUSES THAT IN TURN WOULD OPERATE EVERYTHING THAT WASNT WORKING. WHE YOU UNPLUG THAT PLUG, ITS ABOUT THE SIZE OF YOUR PALM, LOOK AT THE CONTACTS INSIDE AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT CORODE. IF SO BUY SOME CLEANER AND APPLY. I HAD UNPLUGGED THIS PLUG ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO WHEN REPLAVING THE BATTER AND HAD PUT THE GOOP STUFF IN THERE FOR THAT REASON. JUST THINK IF ALL THAT STUFF IS NOT WORKING AND YOUR FUSES ARE GOOD? YOU JUST AINT GETTING POWER TO THE FUSE BOX WHICH THEN THERE IS NO POWER TO EACH ITEM, HOPE THIS HELPS ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE, SINCE I SEE THIS IS AA BIG PROBLEM YET NO ONE ANSERED WITHA FIX

Check the Fusible Link box of the car.It is situated near to the car engine inside the hood or .bonet...and There is an another fusible link in the interior slightly down to the steering wheel...Check those things..
If the fuse is working Check relays.
Mainly if the car battery is 12v the fuse coming for park lights, mtere board light and liscence plate lights is 10AMP in lot of cars..Check it.. GOOD LUCK

When you say "all fuses good" Does that mean the fuse panel on the passenger side end of dash...
and both power distribution boxes under the hood? They are attached to the fenders and you will have to remove the metal straps running over the covers to open them. Check power wire going to each box for tightness and 12 volts. If all the fuse's, relay's, and circuit breakers are good, you may have an issue with the "Body Control Module". You will find it under passenger side dash, behind the glove box. Might even be an issue with the ignition switch.

SOURCE: Car wont turn over.

There are a number of things that can prevent your engine from turning over. You should check the basics first, make sure the battery is fully charged, the battery cable connections at the battery are clean and tight. Make sure when you turn the key on in the run position, the check engine light is on before you crank the engine. Make sure there are not blown fuses in the underhood and interior fuse boxes that are related to the starting and engine control systems.
Good luck.

2005 sebring convertible- horn goes off by itself for 30 seconds

FIrst off the horn's ground works through the steering wheel,so the wire is bare or the end is broken and grounding in a place where it should not. You will have to check the wires for the horn from the fuse box up to the wheel.
your power feed to the headlights and the door locks has an open ( the power is not connected somewhere ) Perform a wiggle test turn on the headlights and lift the hood, find the power distribution box and begin to wiggle the wire harness.Sometimes the chrysler fuse box under the hood get loose inside the power distribution box,it will have to be broken down all the way to the heavy wires comming out of hte box,you can tighten these connections your self.

Electrical problem

I just had the same issues. No headlights, interior lights, power door locks, radio controls on steering wheel, or dash lights. Pulled every fuse in cab and under hood, not a one was bad. I disconnected the battery terminals for a few minutes. When I reconnected them every thing was working.
