try unhooking battery for a few minutes this will cause actuators to do a full sweep and reset. if it is still stuck then will need to replace the actuator for blend door on that side

SOURCE: My temperature control is stuck on heat...no

Go to an autoparts store and see if they carry a temperature control valve. When you see it you can find out if it has a cable or vacuum control to operate it. Then you can have someone move the dash controls and see if anything moves under the hood. If it is a cable and does not move the cable is broke or unhooked under the dash. If it is vacuum controlled a vacuum line is wrong and keeping the valve open.

2008 Ford Expedition heater blower stays on high speed no matter where I put the speed button. Have the climate control system.

Sound like the blend door behind the glove box is stuck. My problem that it was stuck in the closed position so I was not getting any heat. I had to take it to the repair shop and they took off the dash to get to it. It was expensive.

1991 JEEPWRANGLER HEAT SWITCH WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE

Slide levers like that usually move a cable. When they will not stay in place it usually means whatever they move is binding up. I suspect your heater valve is binding.

Heat not hot and AC not cold after replacing hoses going to the heater core.

If it stays the same temp no matter what you put it on it could be the electric motor or motors going to the heater core box. It could be your climate control. More info would help. Thanks.

98 Ford Taurus Heat blows Full no matter how hot it is in the car and even though the Temp is turned down to 60. Also A/C does not work Blows Heat instead not just warm air actual heat. Can turn down fan...

The heater door is probably stuck in the full heat position. It could be a problem with the heater door motor or the controller - you'd have to check for both mechanical and electrical problems under the dashboard.

Air will only blow on floor no matter where i set the dial and is only warm this is a 2005 trailblazer

May be the heater/AC control unit in the dash. The heat stays on the floor because the door actuater moter is not switching direction of air flow and as far as the warm air,if you engine is up to operating temp, then the heater control valve is not opening fully. Both are conected to the heater/AC control unit.

Heat won't work when moving.

sounds like the thermostat has a problem and needs to be replaced. The thermostat regulates temp and it defective can either stay closed or stay open and I reckon in your case it has stuck open permanently.
Your manual should show you where the thermostat is located.

Hi my rangerover heater is blowing out cold, everything else is working just the heater isnt...

Most likely your thermostat has failed and is stuck open. Engine coolant goes through the heater core and is used to heat the air that is blown into the cabin. If the thermostat fails, the coolant doesn't stay inside the engine long enough to absorb enough heat to make the climate control air blow hot. Change your thermostat (flush the coolant and have it replaced while you do this), and you should be back in business.

2000 Silverado Z71. Heater stays in hot mode.

There are a couple of things you can check, or have checked. Under the dash, behind or around the ac duct work, there is vacuum operated actuator valves, which open and close different doors to direct heat or cool air,one of them might be stuck in the heat position. But the first thing to check, if the truck is equiped with it, is the heater control valve, it is under hood passenger side connected to one of the heater hoses going into firewall.Move the lever in opposit position, if you get cool air, thats the problem. If it's vacuum operated, check for leak,if no leak, replace valve.
