Check the tire pressure and both front tires and make sure they are near equal. Front end steering components could be bad or out of alignment especially if something got hit like a pot hole in the street stc.

I had a new rack put on my 93 5.0 mustang. The steering wheel is turned to the right when driving straight, not pulling. Seems like a little play in steering wheel. How do you fix this? Thanks

Seems to me the steering wheel was not aligned to the central position when the new rack was installed. This may be a job that needs to be rectified by the installer. If the steering is sloppy thisoo may need to be looked at by the installer.

2008 Mazda Cx 7 Grand Tour: Tires rotated, basic 4 wheel allignment, car still pulled to right. 2nd visit 4 wheel allignment they reversed the strut mount to enhance adjustment, still pulls to the right....

I have a 2007 CX-7 and my vehicle did the same thing. There is a Technical Service Bulletin on the the problem that explains how to correct the pull. It basically states that the technician has to rotate the position of the strut mount on the left side 180 degrees to the right which should lower the left side caster angle. Any good alignment shop will know that the right side caster angle should be .5 degrees higher on the right to compensate for the crown of the roadway. For example my readings were 3.2 on the left and 2.8 on the right. This is reversed and is why my car pulled to the right. After the strut mount was rotated my reading were 2.4 on the left and 2.8 on the right. That all but eliminated the pull. Verify your caster readings on the alignment printout. If this was already done then there isnt much more that can be corrected. Mine still has a slight drift to the right.

Pulling hard to the right, and front end wobbles violently when sppeeds over 40mph are reached

Has it been snowing where you live? If it has then you could of gathered some ice on the axle of the car and it needs to be melted. Park the car somewhere warm for a while.

If you havent had snow then you might have a bad wheel bearing. Jack each front tire up and see if there is any play (not spinning) in the wheel. If there is play with the wheel then you need new wheel bearings.

As im driving my 94 bird is making nosie as if the front end is wobboling sound, do i need a front end allignment?

Make sure your wheel lugs are tight. If they are, chances are you have a bad hub bearing. Alignment affects tire wear and causes a pull to either side. it will not make a noise.

Carhas a vibration at all all speeds. Also

Hello Sir
Make sure that the wheels of your vehicle are properly alligned (if not then do a wheel allignment job from some authorized repair shop).

Moreover the camber and front suspension including wheel bearings and sensors need to be properly checked and service accodingly.

Regards,
Waqar.

Maybe purchasing a 1994 Nissan Altima

Start the vehicle test drive it look for any issues like drifting, vibrations, shaking. Push on the front l and r fender if the car bounces struts might be bad. Also check all tires good indication if it needs an allignment is one tire will have uneven wear.(ie left f tire wore on the inside while the passenger side is good means car needs a serious allignment. Also pull oil dipstick look at the oil pull the transmission dipstick (if automatick) the tansmision fluid should be red. Check all lights check horn and wipers

New trasmission and pulling

who ever aligned the car isnt very good they should perform it again tell them if you wanted a toe and go you would have a kindergardner do it most alignment guys have a saying set the toe collect the dough i am a master tech and tire pressure should be set before alignment and all 4 wheels should be aligned together if it still pulls after that swap front tires side to side that usually works and ask for a printout of before and after measurements so you can see what was adjusted the vehicle will pull one way or the other when hard on the gas that is called torque steer and is normal but the acr should go straight while driving normally
