SOURCE: fuel filter location

The oil filter is in an aluminum cylinder on the engine. It is not a "spin on" filter, it is now a cartridge-type filter. When you get one, make sure that you use the new o-rings provided in the filter box. The fuel filter is in the tank. Hope this helps, the graciousness of a FixYa rating would be appreciated. Thanks.

SOURCE: I have a 2008 toyota avalon limited. No problems

I think your battery is the problem. It is not holding its charge and seems ok when you are running the car regularly but as soon as it stands for any time it runs down. If the battery is around 3 years old it is to be expected but if you are unsure you can have it tested properly by an auto store specialist who sells batteries. The battery needs to be fully charged and they load test it. This is a special meter that loads the battery and checks its output.

SOURCE: what is the toyota number for the cabin air

The cabin air filter is actually pretty easy to change. Here are the steps:

  1. Set the air conditioning system to Recirculation. The case for the cabin air cannot be removed with the system in the Outside Air mode.
  2. Turn the engine off.
  3. Open the Glove Compartment
  4. unclip the damper rod on the ride side of the glove compartment. To unclip it usually it is just a squeeze tab but sometimes it is a phillips head screwdriver.
  5. The glove compartment now must be squeezed together at the rear to allow the tabs to be released. Just let the glove compartment hang down.
  6. Through the glove compartment opening, locate the filter cover and remove.
  7. Remove dirty filter and replace with the new and reverse steps 1-5 to put it back together.
Shouldnt take to long usually takes me about 5 minutes to change it.

As for the toyota cabin air number im not to sure on that but you can go to any parts store and pick up an aftermarket cabin air which will save you a bit of money, same quality..

What does it say in the drivers handbook? Look behind the headlamp under the hood for star style plastic knobs for manual adjustment. Does it have electric adjustment? Talk to a dealer?

High beam headlights not working

Hello chinson. When the highbeams are not working, the problem is usually the switch. Since this is a 2008, your warranty will probably be in play. Contact your Toyota dealer before you do a self-repair. Joe
