Are you getting fire to the coil? I think these have an ignition module separate from the dizzy which often fail, but can be tested at a parts store.

Would a 1999 dodge durangos's 318 motor bolt up to a 1989 w150 power ram

How would you get it to work seeing as how
the 1989 is obd1 & the 1999 is obd2
You don't have the wiring & computer system
compatible there
Maybe the motor form 1999 & the1989 intake would work
I quess that was the question

Im buying this truck for $500. the only thing i hear wrong with it is the motor shakes bad almost like the bolts mounting to the tranny r bad. can those bolts be replaced and the motor and tranny stay...

i would check the motor mounts to make sure the bolts are tight, then i would check the rear transmission mount bolts, also to make sure they are tight. yes , if the bolts mounted to the tranny need to be replaced, you can normally get them from a auto part store.

What is the easiest way to remove bolt in stock motor mounts's?

The best way is to use a wrench on one side and if there is room a impact socket then lift motor the mounts should be able to pull out after you remove the two bolts from the mount.

A727 trany wont engage most of the time

sounds like either the filter is plugged up or the front pump is not pumping fluid.
If the front pump is bad it will need to be replaced and the clutches and bands will need to be replaced.
