Rotor removal on xl7

Front disc rotors? (not rear brake top hat rotor)
are you asking for all steps in the FSM. for this?
can I assume you've done other cars? or is this a first time ever thing.
?
wheel off, caliper off. hanging there with coat hanger. or tie wrap.
there before you, is a rotor mounted to a hub.
on mine there are 2 , M8 (8mm) holes there, threaded
in the FSM it shows that you put 2 bolts there and spin them down
and use the to force the rotor off the bearing hub.
the drums on Suz. do same deal.
read the day pass.? for 4 bucks.????

or,
here is the drum , getting 8mm action. the rotors work the same way and for the same reason.

here is a google search for GV rotors
see the extra holes here.

How to take front rotors off 2006 jeep grand Cherokee

Remove the brake calipers and the rotors should come right off. If not, spray solvent into wheel stud holes and around the rotor/hub parting line and use a rubber mallet on the rotor (You can also use a piece of 2x4 and lay it across the rotor and strike it with a regular hammer.) From time to time some manufacturers use a flat screw installed in the rotor to hub face, to keep rotor on while going down the assembly line...check to make sure there aren't any on yours.(though I don't remember ever seeing any on Jeeps)
