Question about 2004 Lexus RX 330
Was informed by dealer service dept that in order to fix 2005 tail light burn out, they have to replace the circuit board at the tune of about $170. Can this be correct?

on the backside of the light there should be a plastic access panel that you can gently pull off with a small flat-bladed screwdriver and then get to the light bulbs. if not, look for a small recess on the side of the lens cover itself.

SOURCE: burned out tail light
open up the rear hatch and remove the panel in the corner you are replacing the blub and then you see small screws or nuts that you have to remove and it maybe the kind you just twist the blub out of the socket.
