Question about 1992 Lexus Es 300
The problem that you are having is due to failing door lock actuators. There is a function built in that if you press and hold the unlock button on the remote the windows will roll down and the sunroof will open. The same when you insert the key in the door and hold it to the unlock position. If a door lock actuator is failing it may get stuck in the down/open position. To repair this issue the door lock actuators that are failing will need to be replaced. If any of the door locks fail to operate when pressing the lock/unlock button several times the actuator for that door will need to be replaced. This is a fairly common issue if not addressed the alarm will just start going off randomly when the door locks work by themselves. Read more: I have a 2001 Lexus ES 300. SOURCE: Drivers side door wil not unlock
There is lock linkage inside the door panel. many of the parts are plastic and are designed to break if someone attempts to break into your car (I had this happen to my 87 camery) I replaced the green plastic "knuckle" and it fixed it.

1. I presume your button on the dash (which opens the trunk) is not working. You could take that button out of the dash panel and manually activate the circuit by using the wires themselves.
2. If the "valet" key doesn't fit the trunk lock, see if the keys are visible through the center back seat access 'hole', make a wire hook attached to a broom handle, etc. and try to catch the ring the key is on. If the view is blocked by other things you can't move, figure out at way to move things in the trunk so you can get something to reach the key(s). Do you have other metal keys on the same keyring? If so, use a magnet to grab the whole set.
3. Have you considered taking out the rear seat? Do the bottom seat cushion first, then the back.
4. By now you have hopefully already gotten your keys back out of the trunk, but if not I hope one of these suggestions works. MW

I had check engine light and TRAC OFF. OBD-II MIL code was P1133 which is Air Fuel Ratio Sensor Response Malfunction and scanned by AutoZone. After disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes, the lights went off. I cleaned the gas cap and tightened it firmly. For the last 400 miles, the lights have not come back. When scanning using Snap-on one, no code was detected. I think gas cap was the reason for the lights.

Thanks for using FixYa. First of all you’ll need to check battery voltage, recharge it if it is low or jump start with another battery charger. Inspect, clean and tight both ends of all battery cables. Also check, clean and tight wiring connections. Check for voltage at relay. If relay has voltage but there is no "click" when key is turned to start, replace relay. Remove starter and inspect drive gear and flywheel teeth, replace damaged parts if necessary. Check to see if voltage reaches starter relay/solenoid when turn to start. If not, check for open P/N switch and brake or clutch pedal switch. Please pry the interior panel and release the inside door locks. If still the issue is not resolved then you’ll need to drill a two inch hole into the latch to access the inside lock link through the interior panel. After removing the panel replaces the latch to resolve the issue. See the picture where to drill---
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
