Ok. same problem in the same model of car. The relays are under the hood in the top right corner. they are markded fuse. There are three relays that are all alike numbers 12,9 and 15. (you get the numbers underneath the fuse lid) one goes to your rear defrost, by changing these around you will know if it is your relays that are the problem before you go replacing them.

hope this helps

You need to bleed the air from the cooling system. The bleeder valve is located just behind the water pump housing. It is a small hex head (7MM) screwed into the coolant bypass tube. Pour coolant into radiator with the valve opened until coolant comes out of the valve. The cooling fans will not come on until the temperature reaches 225 degrees.

http://www.2carpros.com/forum/1999-dodge-caravan--radiator-fan-relay-location-vt470017.html

you need to replace the radiator fan relay. located bottom right of the picture shown in above link

the relay is on the drivers side just below the headlight. you have to jack the car up to see it. it's bolted to the body with 2 8mm bolts. that is you have to use 8mm socket. It's black and about two inches square. It's a little hard to see but it is there. hope this helps leave comment.

1995 Monte carlo both fans don't work and it runs hot help put new thermostat in and fan motor now what

Try unplugging the coolant temperature sensor and see if the fans come on.If they do then the coolant temp sensor needs to replaced. The sensor is located in the intake manifold by the upper radiator hose. Here is a link to provide a general location http://www.greatautohelp.com/sensor-location/3400.html

Radiator fan not turning motor fan just replaced

check the coolant fan switch. on 4 cyl. engines it 's mounted on the driver side of cylinder head. on 6 cyl. engines it's mounted on the intake manifold, just above the water pump.there will be 3 sensors,it will be the one on the left. good luck
