Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
When driving the car and getting to stoplights, the car simply shuts off. Sometimes it sputters, but oft times it just shuts off and the oil lamp and the battery light come on. The battery is brand new, and the oil was just changed. I replaced the IAC valve as the auto zone employee and a few others suggested, but problem persists. Any suggestions?
Try replacing the MAP sensor, if you have fuel injection. Your air/fuel mixture is bad.
