Yes there is a fuse and it should be behind a panel in the lower dash near the drivers area..the fan is located under the hood way back up behind the engine on the passengers side and kind of hard to reach..good luck

Heating system is not working

If the fan is not blowing heat it could be a fuse. If the heater hose is not hot then there is a, blockage to the heater or from the radiator.

The heat blows cold and hot. Is it the resistor module or the themostat

The resistor controls fan speed, not temp.
If the heat comes and goes, it could be the thermostat, or the radiator could be low on coolant, or have air pockets, or one of the blend doors may not be working correctly.
The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and the vents.

I'm not a mechanic, but that sounds like a heater core might be faulty. I'm not sure if that could be clogged and prevent the fluid from circulating for cooling or not. This is just an idea from a non mechanic, who has replaced one heater core on a different vehicle years ago.

2003 chrysler town and country.....air is not blowing in front vents or defrost..checked blower, fuse, and relay all are o.k.

Some of these use the vacuum to operate the flaps that direct the air, check for the small black pipe that comes from the top of the motor.

2003 Town & Country - no heat or gauge movement

If the coolant level (antifreeze) level is low there may not be enough fluid in the system for the temperature sensor to register a proper reading ( think of it as holding an oral thermometer just outside of your mouth).

Insufficient fluid passing through the heater core (small fan that blows through a small heated radiator) may not be enough to produce heat.

However: At increased speeds the engine may be heating what little fluid there is to a point to supply heat to the heater core, and register on the temperature sensor.

Have you checked the coolant level? If it's low, it will result in diminished heat, and could be the problem.
