Fusebox is under the drivers side lower dash area usually, but in some models its in the glovebox to the left side,,and some are under the hood near the drivers side shock tower(or above it)plastic box with a snap-on lid..) in the lower dash a panel cover need to be removed by taking two screws loose and removing the cover..fuses should be inside check the larger amp rated ones good luck..

After changing the battery in our 02 PT Cruiser, the air bag warning light came on and won't go off along with the power windows/fan motor/ rear defrost stopped working. car starts and runs fine.

Year/make/model???? Changing the battery should not affect all of the above. Sounds like a power supply issue and possible ignition switch problem. Try starting the vehicle and gently moving the key/ignition switch back and forth slightly while using the window button and heater fan on. If these begin to operate while moving the key, suspect an ignition switch issue

Heater fan will not run all fuses & relays ok. discounted power plug reconnected works ok left over night will not run,

Fan motor bearings gummed up or bad. When you disconnected power plug may have bumped fan enough to jar in into working. Probably must replace motor.

No air coming out of the vents

It sounds like the heater motor may not be operating. When you switch the heater fan on can you hear the motor running? If not then it may have blown the heater fan fuse, check the fuse's and then try it again. If the fuse is ok then it could be a faulty switch or fan motor.

Heater Fan does not work

Sounds like the fan control knob has shorted out. You can check the fan "blower" relay and fuse in the engine compartment but you need to make sure the control knob is good or you will keep blowing fuses and relays. If your blower fuse and relay are good, then just have the control knob checked and replaced if needed.
