so only books exist then paper hard bound books, service manual.
so buy one used there 44 years old. and now have what you need
they be rare.
most folks never hand scanned a 1000 page 44 year old book.

if was told we can look on pages that have 3 devices related to the problem. not told.
most of these cars where crushed at the $500 federal, crush program. rare now. super rare.

You would want to take the valve cover off and check to see if you have build up inside.

the hemi engine is 2 years or 30,000 miles. the 2.7 and 3.5 are 5 years 100,000 miles

try fuse 44 in fuse bx located in spare tire well

fuse number 44 found in the fusebox in the spare tire well.

If it's a battery issue, then change it as a starting point.

Then drive it to Sears or Walmart or your local garage to determine the condition of the starting, charging and battery systems with their equipment.

Batteries last only 3 years on average. If it's the original battery then that could be the culprit.

P0003 is fuel circuit volume low and P0061 is 02 sensor bank 2 sensor 3 heater circuit.

Generally a heater code usually means replace the 02 sensor. The heating element popped, kinda like a litght bulb does.

The 03 code will need further diagnosing to determine the exact cause.
