My 2000 hyundai accent manuel trans when i turn it over nothing just a click from starter

I go to turn it over and everything on the cluster lights up. all lights work has a good battery and the starter is good just replaced it one day ago and before i dropped it in i had it tested i checked the voltage that the starter is getting and thats fine also what else can it be? also while this issue was happening i have pushed started it now when i try to push start it it just moves freely while in gear and being pushed without holding in the clutch and wont push start as of now?
