Someone will need to check and see if the blower motor has power and ground. It could be the resistor, a fuse, or the main controller if you have automatic temp control.
You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures for your model.

Heater not blowing hot air. all controls inside work. i think it might be the heater valve

more likely it is the heater core, if your heater blowes cold air 90% of the time this fixes it!

The heater is blowing cold air

heater control valve not allowing radiator water to flow through the heater core where the heater blower motor blows the heat that radiates off the heater core into the vehicle cheap fix or you can bypass yourself by replacing valve with piece of 3/4 copper pipe and 2 hose clamps

Heater blows cold front and back

You could be low on coolant - better check.

Your heater core might be the problem:

Heater/air stop blowing after car is run for maybe 30-45 min.

I had this same problem. Your blower is going out. Just replace the blower. Its a siple fix, and its pretty cheap.

My 94 mazda 323s heater doesnt work

you will have to pull the dash out off the car to fix the heater core witch is a very big and expensive job you will also have to keep an eye on the coolant level as it will be very low if the heater is not working.
your best bet if you have no money is to loop the heater hoses in the engine bay around onto them selves to complete the circuit and then fill up the cooling system.
this will not fix the heater but it will stop you blowing a head gasket and not being able to drive your car.
good luck
