Headlights dont work or high beams check all fuse's and the relay in the fuse box. Replaced the headlight switch. Is there another relay I dont know about?
Check in that fuse box again. There is one for each, the high beam and the low beam.

your module in the steering wheel is faulty you should get it replaced. you can purchase it at ie Napa for alot less than through a dealer.

SOURCE: 2003 Seville STS low beam headlights don't work
ya its is prolly the bulbs, open your hood. look behind your headlamps, some have covers for the low beam and high beam. if there are covers turn on your high beams so you will know which bulb is your lowbeam. if you can unplug them. after cover is removed and you can acces the bulbs. they either twist out, lefty lossey. or they have little metal retainers that you have to move a certian way before you can swing the retainer out. its like a door you just have to unhook the proper side of retainer and the other side will be hinged. use a flash light and look at it close. good luck

Have you checked out the switch itself? Seems like the problem might be there.
If the lamp bulbs are sill intact, that's probably the most likely solution. There's a possibility you have a short somewhere in the switch relay that will allow the highlights to turn on but not the low beams.

SOURCE: 1998 buick century only high beams and turn
The Buick Century is equipped with a
multi-switch. This switch is an all in one switch that controls your
cruise control, windshield wipers and turn signals in one switch. This
switch also controls dimming and brightening of your headlights. The
dimmer switch is simple to replace, and all you need is a phillips head
screwdriver to complete the task.

SOURCE: daytime running lights work but go out when I turn
If you have daytime running lights but when you turn on your regular headlight on they do not come on. Take the bottom of your steering column off (Two Small Screws) and look at the back of your turn/dimmer switch make sure that the light blue wire is connected. The wires will break off after years of raising and lowering your steering column.

I pulled the leed off all the headlight no power going to headlights. I checked the groung wire to headlights there is a good groung on all headlights
If you are really sure you checked all the fuses and relays in the fusebox and pushed them in securely, then the last thing is the actual light switch in the car is defective or there is a wire off of it!
I replaced the headlight switch/turn signal. Is there another relay besides the one in the fuse box, I have pulled the fuses and relays 2-3 times all good
Try a substitution of a similar relay from the fuse box in the headlight relay slot!
Thanks for your help, I have swaped out the relay w/another a few times. I have pulled the fues out and swaped them and checked them all good, no power to lights. I can feel the parking lights relay kick on but the headlights relay does not kick on. I have replaced the headlight/turn swich w/new still no lights the ground to the lights are good no power at light bulb. Is there another relay for the headlights someware that I dont know about?
